- KSKallie SmithMar 13, 20185.0My fiance and I recently purchased a sactional from the Lovesac in Charlotte, NC. We were helped by Annette and she was patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. I think deciding on the cover color was probably the hardest part. She was kind enough to let us take the sample fabric outside so that we could see it in natural light since our living room has a lot of windows. We finally settled on the Mediterranean Solid Polylinen which is a blue color. It looks great! The couch shipped a lot faster than we had expected and we had it within 10 days of placing the order. There was one side piece that got punctured during transportation. I reach out to Annette and sent her pictures showing the damage. She promptly scheduled Fedex to pick up the damaged piece and we had a new one the next week. It was a very easy exchange process. A quick tip for when your sactional arrives: have a large staging area for all the boxes, lint roller, trash can for the packaging, and some muscle. Luckily I had my fiance who was able to put the covers on each piece. The bottoms and cushions aren't that hard but the arms and sides are a bit more challenging to get the Velcro to line up. The assembly of the couch (after getting all the covers on) was a breeze. The chaise side is my absolute favorite! We will enjoy this couch for many years to come.
