We weren't familiar with Lovesac and Alanna was so incredibly helpful, patient, and detail oriented! She understood exactly what we were looking for, and helped us understand all of the options and permutations. She is so talented at explaining the differences between all the different options (probably because she is also a 7th grade teacher!!). We walked in just planning on browsing, and we ended up staying a full hour and planning our exactly what we needed. Will be purchasing soon! Thank you so much Alanna!!
- ALAdam LevineSep 15, 20252.0Honest assessment; the Couch itself is very well made, very sturdy and comfortable. I do like how modular it is and while simple as in not complicated, it is a bit difficult to wrangle physically. However the service is terrible...both at the store on home office. We did not get all the pieces as ordered, called to correct it, was assured I would receive all the pieces as originally configured. Received more pieces, not the pieces that were to be replaced mind you, no, these are completely new pieces that had nothing to do with current or original designs. Now we are past 60 days, still dont have the right pieces, they won't replace what they should have or send out (unless I purchase separately) what I paid for. So now I have a $10,000 mismatched couch, no help and useless couch pieces. Probably not worth it in the long run.
