After perusing the interwebs for far longer that I care to admit, we reached out to friends and family on social media for advice and we’re overwhelmingly pointed to Lovesac for both quality and service. We were not disappointed by either. The in-store rep was knowledgeable and polite and did a great job explaining our options (which were way more than we had thought). My wife and I went there to blow some time on a date night with the intent to get a better idea of what we wanted and came out having purchased the sofa-chaise we had always wanted (President’s Day sale didn’t hurt).

Joshua Griffith, the showroom manager in the Woodlands took his time and explained the way the sactionals are built, the best type of fabric for our life style, and showed us many ways we'll be able to configure our set. The level of customer service he gave was way beyond 5 stars. I never felt pressured and felt that when I left we truly understood the product we purchased. I can not wait for our new Love sactional to arrive! Thank you Joshua! I wish there were more people like you in this world! But maybe not, I'd have a shopping problem! 😆
