    We knew what we wanted so the experience was easy and quick. Employees were friendly and presented options for us that we used in consideration of our purchase.

    Our experience was a disaster. We went in to order one for our sons birthday. We were using two forms of payment, gift card and debit card. After the gift card was processed the system froze and would not let the employees process anything further but it had already removed the $ from the gift card. We were told it was too late with the corporate office on the east coast so we would have to wait until the next day. I drove 25 minutes back to the store the next morning to get the situation fixed. Upon arriving the employee was doing everything in her power to fix the issue but when she reached out to corporate they told her they wouldn’t help and to contract her district manager which she was unable to do because she didn’t answer her phone. After over an hour she was able to figure out on her own a way to process the transaction and get me back the $ that had already been taken off of the giftcard. The employees were very helpful but did not receive any support from their management. It took 2 trips of 25 minutes each way and over 2.5 hours to simply order a LoveSac.
