The cushions are terrible and flat even with purchasing the upgraded cushions. You can feel the wood and springs when you are sitting. The wood leg stems used to keep the couch legs in the wood squares are constant loose and can’t be tightened because you will strip them. The fabric seams ripped after about a year. They wouldn’t replace any of them for no real specific reason. I followed all the instructions for care and there is no reason they wouldn’t cover it according to the warranty I had when I purchased it at a Costco event day a few years ago. For 3k you would have thought it would have had better quality and would honor the warranty. I should have purchased a real couch but the ability to modify the shape and the supposed warranty were what got me to purchase it. That was a HUGE mistake.
