Mimi helped us pick out our pillow sac. We knew we wanted one but weren't sure which one to get. We never felt any pressure and loved that Mimi and Peter knew so much! We have been searcing for a couch and couldn't decide on one after a few weeks of searching and we fell in love with Lovesac because we were able to customize our couch like the pillows, arm, backing and even which cushion. We also love that in the future we could change the covers on the sofa or even add more pieces to the couch! We can't wait to get our pillowsac & sofa! Thank you so much for your help! :)
- DEDerrek EvansJan 11, 20205.0Staff was great, purchasing was easy. You can definitely get a better couch for the money but it won’t be configurable. I tried Burrow before Lovesac. It was simply not a deep enough couch for two people to cuddle on. Lovesac is the best full sized configurable couch in the market.
