Lauren greeted us and began educating us on the various configurations and lifetime warranty. They also helped us choose a fabric that would be easiest to maintain with pets, and also noted that the sofa can be configured as a queen-size guest bed! I'm very excited to try out our new sofa and test all the various configurations, and someday change up the look. 😊 I'm very impressed with the time Lauren spent educating us and assisting us with our order. I'm sure I'll be back to visit and see what additional tips and tricks we can learn.

I can't remember the girls name that took care of us. She was thin and had a tattoo on her right arm. She was AMAAAAAAAZING. Great vibes. I am super excited to get my lovesac. Can't wait.
