She was very helpful with everything that we could have picked. With her having a lovesac couch of her own she was very knowledgeable with everything and you could tell her sincerity and love for the product! We went in just to compare with other brands but ultimately went with lovesac for how versatile and easy everything is! I looked at MANY different modular sofas even had a comparison chart and lovesac just takes the cake for reliability and comfort. I’m excited to receive our couch and will update when it comes!
