We had gone into the showroom in April and picked out how many pieces, and what kind of fill we wanted, the color, and the texture of the covers. Since we weren't ready to buy at that time because our house was going to be done being built until the end of July, they saved all.of this information under our name and phone number so it was easy to come back in when they were having an awesome sale and order everything we needed, we were able to change the color to something else from the original color we had chosen, and she went through all our other choices as well to make sure we were happy. Very friendly, very organized, and just a great experience all-around we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting a love sac couch, blanket and one of their lovesac sacs!! They are super comfortable and made with high quality products! That will last.
