    Do not buy here if you have steps going into your building. I bought a Snugg couch. I thought I would need help to put it together, but staff told me I could get the boxes it into my apartment alone. The staff said fed ex would deliver the boxes to my building and I would be able to carry the boxes into my apartment. Not true. Fed ex delivered a pallet to the sidewalk in front of my apartment building and I had to beg the delivery guy to wait while I carried the lighter boxes into my apartment. The heaviest box, had the frame for the sofa, well over a 100 pounds. I had to leave that on the sidewalk while I found help to move it. Before I spent almost 2500 on the sofa I asked the staff the max weight of one of the boxes, and they thought the heaviest wouldn’t be more than 75 pounds. I wish I could return it but I don’t know how to get it out of my house.

    i’ve been a Lovesac customer for the last 13 years. I went in over the holiday weekend to check out the new reclining seats. The team of sales associates and managers were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped me look up my previous orders so that I could find the matching cover for the reclining seat. I’ve purchased series 5 and series 6 sactionals and the stealth tech sound system. The lifetime warranty and service are an exceptional value.

    i am very unhappy with the shipping of my order (confirmation SA450447). i specifically chose a 'quick ship' fabrication because it could ship within as little as a week, as i was told in the store. here it is a month after i placed my order and i am still waiting on covers for my seats. everything is sitting in my living room assembled. why didn't it all ship together and why is it taking so long when it was supposed to be 'quick ship?' i have already received two separate shipments of multiple boxes - do you know how time consuming it is to open them all, set everything up, break down the boxes, etc etc - all while trying to work from home? you can understand how annoying it is that after two shipments of multiple boxes, i still do not have my seat covers, right? on top of this, i am now getting the bill for a couch that i still cannot use or sit on because the shipment is incomplete. it is not okay to put your customers through this hassle and just expect them to deal with it. please get back with me and let me know what lovesac will do to make this situation right. i was looking forward to an experience that exceeded my expectations. the NYC Flatiron store and the sales associates did exceed my expectations - i had a wonderful sales experience. but the shipping/fulfillment side of the business did not meet my expectations. this is actually a horrible experience and now i am just sorry that I went through all this trouble. i could have already had a couch from another retailer weeks ago and with far less hassle. and i definitely would not have been receiving a bill for a couch i dont yet already have in my possession. i emailed customer service three days ago and received no response. and when i called, the customer service agent didn’t seem to know what was going on. i’m so disappointed.
