    Great Product, Frustrating Delivery Experience We’re very happy with the quality of our Lovesac couch — it’s a beautiful, high-end piece that feels well-built and comfortable. We were only able to afford it thanks to a Labor Day sale, but the product itself absolutely meets expectations. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a nightmare. When we purchased, we were told to expect delivery within 1–2 weeks. Excited, we fast-tracked painting and prepping our living room, even paying extra to get our contractor in on short notice to be ready for the couch’s arrival. The 1–2 week window worked perfectly with our upcoming travel plans in late September and October. Instead, the couch arrived five weeks later — right in the middle of our trip. Because of the delay and lack of communication, we had to pay our contractor for two additional days to be at our house while the packages were delivered over multiple days. We reached out to Lovesac twice for updates but received no clear answers until tracking information appeared unexpectedly the day before delivery. To make matters worse, the shipment came from a nearby Pennsylvania warehouse, which makes the long delay even more confusing. In the end, we love the product but wouldn’t recommend the delivery experience. For such an expensive purchase, the lack of communication and transparency made what should have been an exciting experience extremely stressful. I’d suggest improving communication and transparency around shipping and delivery timelines. If delays occur, proactive updates and clear explanations would go a long way toward managing expectations. We would’ve appreciated more consistent tracking information and notice about changes to our delivery window.

    Terrible store - do not order with them. Items were listed as in stock that were back ordered 12-16 weeks. I was not notified till I called asking why I never received what I paid for. Admitted they are in the wrong but won’t return money for 10-14 days per company policy.
