  We had the pleasure of speaking to the manager Amy and she was insanely helpful and informative. She was able to answer all of our questions off of the top of her head and was well versed in the construction, delivery, ordering process and accessories for their line of couches and furniture. We did not buy, but we plan to and will be going through Amy if at all possible. If you need information for this product and don't want to just check online and trust it, be sure to visit this store and ask for Amy.

  Not sure where to begin. The customer service is actually great - from in store to helping process the return. Overall I think it’s a flawed concept. Our couch took 2-3 hours to completely assemble, with three able bodied people, and it looked awful. When you have to individually hand stretch each cover over each piece of the furniture, there is virtually no way it will turn out looking clean and uniform. It definitely did not look like a 4500$ couch (and that’s with a 30% discount). The covers are not as stain resistant / durable as we were made to believe. The couch was pretty comfortable but overall the hassle of putting it together negates the selling point of its modularity and ease of cleaning through removal covers. Just put one of these together and you’ll understand. The price point is way off - made out of recycled plastic in Malaysia? We returned ours and received a full refund. Went around the corner to crate and barrel and purchased a much better sofa (made in America) for a fraction of the lovesac price. if the prices of the lovesac are reduced and they include a crew to help with assembly, it may be reasonable. But currently far from that.
