We were able to see all 200+ fabric swatches, test out both firmness levels and feel the in couch sound system. They also are able to get you quotes and we were surprised how different each fabric option changed the price.

The manager, Misha, was also wonderful when I had to call back the next day. If the whole LoveSac company is as efficient and customer service oriented as these two young ladies, then I only see LoveSac becoming bigger and bigger! In the world today, Ashley and Misha should teach customer service and politeness to a majority of the world. We just ordered and we are anxiously awaiting our new LoveSac sactionals!!
