The agent at the customer service desk said “great that you added the extend coverage” She scheduled a service technician visit. He showed up and used a “pilling” tool to make the pulls look better. He had the attitude of LIVE WITH IT. Totally unacceptable to have experienced this type of wear in such a very brief time. I expect to hear from the corporate leadership as to how they will proceed earning our trust that we deserve.
