The store manager took the time to meet with me during Covid, through a series of phone calls and texts, even through the window at the showroom, for a full hour! She helped prepare the order and was patient with us as we worked through the process of making sure we got exactly what we wanted. She and her staff kept in constant contact to ensure we had all the tracking numbers and check up on us regularly. Everything seemed so personal, which is so rare to get from corporate retail. The sactional we ordered has had very quick shipping as well. I’m so impressed and haven’t even set up the couch yet!

You can get other furniture with same warranties, same quality, and washable covers for about a 3rd of the cost at other stores. The only clear advantage Lovesac has is the modular part... I am still trying to figure out if that is worth 3 times the cost.
