I bought them because my brother had them and I loved them. The Sactionals were easy to search, and buy. Putting all the seats together was a little more challenging but we did it and the 5 seats fit perfectly and look amazing. Buying more pieces in near future.

Last time I will ever visit this location and may not ever buy Lovesac. I walked into two employees making out and then as one got embarrassed and walked to the back, the chick that looks like she belongs in a anime show got upset as if I rudely interrupted them and she was snippy and rude until she got me to leave. Work is for work, not play. Then again I guess the company is called lovesac for a reason after all. To the guy who walked away, do better. She’s not worth it.

Wow, what a huge disappointment this was. The "gaming chairs" are some of the worst I've ever seen. You're better off buying from a PC focused store like NewEgg. $800+ for a crappy chair is nowhere near the cost.
The "Office Space" I was looking for was upstairs, first in the store (Section 4), and I was forced to walk through 27 other areas I had no interest in to leave. They trap you on purpose.
I gave +1 star for the employees being lovely and directing me to the exit through the maze that was built. It took 20 minutes to get out after spending 15 minutes testing what seemed like children's chairs. $800 for a featurless chair that you can barely adjust and can't lean in? No. Go look up Noble. That's worth the price, and for less.
The desks are wildly overpriced and essentially reduce the space of multiple displays and PCs, making it impossible to be a professional with their equipment. A desk that caps the number of displays and sizes that you have with vertical limitations? Go look elsewhere.
I'm an IT SysAdmin WFH, and I thought I'd check them out just cause. If you have a serious IT career, don't bother. This is wildly overpriced trash that you can replace for $350 or less elsewhere. The desks that sell for $800+ there can be bought elsewhere for half or less. If you're gonna spend that much on a desk, get a bigger one that is electronically made to be stand-up on demand and can hold 4 displays.

Our initial impression of our sales gal was positive. She was quite knowledgeable and personable. However she knew our house was under construction and we couldn’t take delivery right away. We made that quite clear. Possibly to get the sale she told us delivery would be in 1-2 weeks, undoubtedly knowing that wasn’t true. (We have since found out that our daughter had a similar experience with Lovesac)
Instead of the 1-2 weeks she promised us to get the sale, on the first business day following the order we received word from FedEx that our order was shipped, and 2 days later FedEx delivered the 20 boxes onto the driveway of our construction site, with no signature since we aren’t living there yet.
The builder called us later in the day to inquire as to what had been delivered. We called FedEx, and escalated to a supervisor to get them picked back up but nobody called back. I quit my work early for the day, rushed over before Florida afternoon thunderstorms and stuffed them into my on-site car transport trailer. We don’t yet have an occupancy permit on the new home so putting them in the house wasn’t an option.
We called the store and our sales gal was nonchalant about the situation, saying that was out of her control. Believe me I will tell everyone this story and advise them NOT to deal with Lovesac or FedEx! Buyer beware!!
