Lovell did an awesome job taking down a large tree limb over our house damaged by a severe thunderstorm and a dying pine tree. Service was very prompt and thank you Lovell for the help.

I had a major limb cracking on a large elm tree that needed to be removed. They were very responsive and came to look at the tree in less than two hours and had a crew there in afternoon. The crew was very courteous and very, very competent. They removed the large limb which required one of the workers to climb up the tree. I also had them take out a few smaller hackberry trees and also trimming another tree. They were very careful and they cleaned up when they finished. Very pleased.

They did an excellent job trimming our trees and cleaning up as if they hadn't been there. Super fast and easy to work with. We will use them again without question!

They seemed to be competent at tree trimming, so two stars. The worker I spoke to was respectful.
My neighbor's landlord had this company come trim a tree that borders the property line. That's fine.
I came home from work and they were dropping limbs over my garage and parked in my driveway. Is this the end of the world? No, but they did not ask permission to do this. They said they were dropping small stuff, but my neighbor observed them dropping larger than safe limbs on the garage. He called them out on it.
Additionally, my neighbor did not know when they were coming by to do the work. The company claimed to not have my neighbor's phone number or my phone number. This was categorically false and a blatant lie. My wife spoke to one of them a few days prior and gave them my cell phone number.
No call beforehand. They claimed they had permission to park the bucket truck in my drive way. No, they did not. The worker I spoke to was respectful, but was obviously running deflection for the company. (I mean I probably would also) His tone of voice gave away that he knew they had messed up.
Unnecessarily unprofessional. All it would have taken was a couple of phone calls prior. Two stars because the workers did the trim trimming correctly. (Something anybody with a month of experience probably could have done.)
Professionalism & courtesy, boys. It doesn't take much.
