  If you are looking for the best family law attorney in the area, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ben Neilsen. Nearly 18 months ago I was at a loss and super discouraged due to the fact that my ex-wife was keeping my daughter from me. I didn't know what to do and was researching different attorneys in the Pocatello area. A family member recommended Ben and I took a shot in the dark. That ended up being one of the best decisions I've ever made. I now have shared custody of my daughter and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Ben is professional, kind, fair and really knows his stuff. He helped me through all of the difficult parts of the custody battle and was there when I needed him.
