Took one of my dogs in who originally gave me a scare at another vet with supposedly having a tumor. Not only did they help me save money on unnecessary procedures they helped my baby within minutes and got his infection under control. No cancer! Im definitely establishing care at this clinic and will continue to come here with every animal i get. Its a family owned and ran clinic and they really do want what is best for you and your animals

If you are looking for a fairly priced and extremely caring vet, this is the place. I use to live 2 blocks from Loveland Animal Hospital, moved to west O. I had a vet closer after the move and started feeling like the prices were outrageous. Went back to Loveland. As a single example.. I had a 10 month old Frenchie neutered, nails clipped and a rabies shot for a bit less than $300. The Neuter alone was going to be $580 at the west O vet. This is the place.
We are really thankful for Dr Tom. From the moment we walked into his office, I felt like we were important to the staff. Dr Tom understands a fearful pet mom concerns and meets them with compassion not fear.
Dr. Tom did a dental cleaning with a number of extractions on my 16-year old Shih Tzu mix, Edward, who has a history of seizures and intolerance to anesthesia. He devised a plan that was unique for my dog’s specific needs, did careful monitoring of him during and after the procedure, and kept him hydrated via an iv the whole time. Edward was alert and energetic when I picked him up in the afternoon, something that had never happened in all my years of having his teeth cleaned with other vets. He literally ran down the hall when we got home! He ate like normal that evening, and his appetite has been better than ever since the procedure. To say this experience was beyond my wildest dreams is an understatement. Dr. Tom and his staff are examples of how well medical care can work when time is taken to learn the needs of specific patients and care plans are created to respond to those needs. At just four days post procedure, Edward is back to normal, and aside from the absence of teeth, you’d never know he went through anything. No words can touch the gratitude I feel for the patience and expertise Dr Tom and his staffed showed both Edward and me.
Really friendly and really fast. I was expecting to pay more but I managed to get my two kittens their first round of vaccines, dewormer, and ear mite meds for less than $200
