Excellent service. My bikes were repaired quickly and the cost was very reasonable.

I had came in to buy a chain about a month ago, fast and helpful service from the gentleman who i assume was the owner, professional and friendly good products and good selection. I read the negative reviews before coming in and i felt none of anything said in those reviews was true that day. I would recommend 100%

Saw some of the negative reviews for this business and I’m scratching my head. Went there expecting something that didn’t happen. The guy was business-like and respectful and quickly fixed my problem, which was all I wanted. He even did so at a reasonable rate. Maybe certain snowflakes expect hugs, lollipops, and balloons when they walk through the door. If you want your bike fixed, I highly recommend Louie’s Bicycles!

Warning to fellow bike riders.! Hopefully this review will prevent you from being taken advantage of. If you need tires, or other accessories and you plan on doing the work yourself then that's no problem. If you need any major work then there are some excellent shops in Venice for that. I went here for the convenience and needed some work that was beyond Lonnie's ( owner) capability. He ended up farming out most of the work and had a young man do the final installation. I had to take the bike back to him for adjustments and it was still not right. thats' when I realized the diagnosis was wrong from the beginning and the parts that were installed didn't match the bike. In frustration and his his obvious refusal to make it right, led me to a shop in Venice where they immediately identified the problem . Spent hundreds of dollar on parts that were not needed and they were not the correct parts for the bike even if the original parts did need to be replaced. Poor workman ship!
