The orange chicken with fried rice was smaller than a Panda Express bowl and the chicken and the rice you could tell were pre-made. The Bao buns barely had any meat in them the rolls were cold and stale and the sauce inside tasted like something you put on desert....inedible.it took over 20 minutes to get drinks, never offered refills. When the waitress came by, she asked how the food was and I said not that good and she said, "gotcha". I used to be a chef and owned a restaurant and all the food was made fresh to order, no precooking and my staff was trained to be more attentive .Also, the menu said all day Happy Hour on Appetizers but we were charged full price and the excuse was not those Appetizers even though it said all. Being it was our anniversary, it made it worse. As you can see...management stopped responding to reviews a year ago
