  No puedo creer lo difícil que es que los empleados contesten el teléfono para tomar una orden , estuve llamando durante toda la mañana a diferentes horarios y no contestan y cuando contestan cuelgan , ojalá pudiera darles 0 estrellas en atención al cliente, y mas en estos momentos que tratamos de no estar saliendo

  Los Chepes has amazing food, and they are very kind people. Ive tried many places in Chicago, and they have fantastic food, probably the best. The Carnitas are very tender, the Al Pastor is so delicious. I think its the best Pastor I have had. The handmade tortillas make the food even better, and the tacos aer huge. I will continue to go to this restaurant where they value their customers and take pride in their delicious recipes. 10/10, 5 stars!! 🌟

  The chicharrones here are incredibly tasty and cooked to perfection—crispy, flavorful, and not overly greasy. The seasoning is spot on and makes it hard to stop eating once you start. Portions are generous, and everything feels freshly made. It’s definitely a great spot if you’re craving authentic chicharrones with amazing flavor. I’ll be coming back for more

  Es increíble que un lugar que vende tacos y caldos y cosas que se le agrega limón, no tenga limones. Pero lo peor es que te digan, se nos termino desde temprano. Me imagino que temprano es antes de medio día, yo fui por la tarde 5pm. No puede ser que en el transcurso del tres cuatro o más horas no hayan conseguido cualquier producto que les haga falta. Bueno ni silver ni servilletas agregaron a mi orden. Por estos pequeños detalles la clientela muchas veces ya no regresa. Talves no les consumo los cientos de dólares, pero si voy mínimo 2 veces a la semana. Y como dice el chef, aquí puedes faltar tu pero ningún ingrediente del menú. Detallitos como el granito de arena.
