    Purchased my new Jeep about a month ago. Fantastic experience at this dealership. They were patient, kind, valued my time, didn’t BS me, gave some great deals and incentives, and stayed very late (a little past 11pm) to help me walk away with a new vehicle I loved. Kaydee, Curtis, Erasto, and I forget the guys name in Financing but he was really great too! Thank you all so much. Highly recommend.

    Service manager Joe tried to solicit me for sexual services while getting my rental after my brand new jeep had a problem with its axle. Reported it to management’s next time I came in HE WAS ASSIGNED AS MY SERVICE MANAGER. Had access to ALL of my legal personal information. He still has a job after asking me to give him a “quickie” for 200$ . Ridiculous.

    If you like car dealerships with salesman who no Nothing about the cars just want the commission, and management doesn’t keep their word, then this is the place for you. I gave 1 star because I couldn’t put 0. One of if not thee worse dealership in LA, hands down.

    Poor communication with appointment setting and how they manage loaner vehicle vehicles. Once you arrive they tell you it's not a loaner vehicle like the service operator said but instead it's a car rental. I don't mind that they want to hand the responsibility to the customer although most dealerships don't do that. The problem is the poor communication in the setup. Service advisor seems unhappy to be at work. Poor experience in an hour of the morning wasted.

    My experience started off pleasant at first. I brought my car in because it kept cutting off as if it wasn't getting any gas, which is what I told them. They hooked it up and saw codes and fixed something else not even checking for why it wasn't getting any gas. Then they said it need to be reprogrammed after the work and supposedly had did that, when I pick it up and and took it home the next day it did the same thing. They told me to bring it back, mind you I had to get it towed back and they said it need reprogramming the guess theirs didnt take. Had it towed to the dealership they reprogrammed it and on my way home the car cut of again. I called LA auto and one guy said call a tow truck and we will pay for it, the next day when I called the other per son said they could not pay for the tow. (I know the names of who said what). All and all my car is still sitting in my garage with the same thing wrong. If they would have check what I said was wrong and not just rely on a code my car would be fixed. I would not recommend LA Auto Centet to nobody.
