  The management team, especially Brenda and Brett, have been amazing—always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that the community stays a great place to live. I really appreciate their kindness and dedication. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My boyfriend has lived here for two years, paying over $1200 a month and the conditions are absolutely unacceptable for what they charge. - There is a constant mold smell in the apartment, and you can see stains on the ceilings. Management has done nothing to address this serious health issue. - A hallway leak has been left unfixed for months. Every time it rains, water pours in through the living room window as well. - Air filters are never replaced, and the one in the unit is in horrible condition. They clearly do not care about the air quality or their residents’ health. - The grounds are poorly maintained, with no attention to basic upkeep. - They do not perform inspections on units to ensure plumbing, mold, or safety features are in working order. -Worst of all, there was a RAT in the unit a few months ago. Yes, a rat. For the price being charged, this is completely unacceptable. The management is neglectful, unresponsive, and clearly only concerned with collecting rent checks while ignoring the living conditions of tenants. Save yourself the headache and avoid this complex at all costs. No one should have to deal with unsafe, unsanitary conditions like this while paying over a thousand dollars a month.

  Unit was inadequate for me to move in. Once moved in, maintenance request took forever to complete, or never completed at all. Patch work repairs when repairs are made. No accountability from management. Tough to communicate with at times.

  Lory of Harbison is the best place to stay. The community is beyond lovely. The leasing office is one of a kind and I couldn’t be more grateful to have a leasing office like them. I would recommend them to anyone I meet. I truly love every moment I live here!!
