  Nice hotel, clean and had a quiet stay. Two issues I had was my room wasn't cleaned when I checked in and as I was leaving the valet dropped my key fob for my car. After putting my fob back together now the button to unlock my car is a stubborn and doesn't want to work here and there.

  CURRENT GUEST (10/24 - 10/26) - WISH WE COULD GIVE NO STARS!!!!!! The pictures on the website and booking sites are misleading. Stains on the curtains. Burn marks in the carpet. Carpet is dated and dirty. The shower tile is dingy, with dark grout, so can't tell if it's clean or not. The floor of the tub is horrifying. They advertise queen beds in the 2 queen bed rooms, but they're full size beds. If you plug in the microwave, or use it, the lights flicker. Not enough outlets for smart devices and/or chargers (3 accessible plugs; 1 on each lamp and one behind the nightstand). If you bump or tap the table of any of the lamps, those lights flicker. The hall/entry light in our room keeps flickering on and off. The rooms have very dim lighting to distract from the overall horrible room. The hallways are dim, dusty and dated. There's no room service.

  This place is amazing I use to live in Baltimore and had never been here. I am visiting from Seattle and booked a room here. 10/10 would book again! This place is so Baltimore the lounge area up front and the friendly front desk is a warm welcome! We stayed in the haunted room but only felt good vibes! The room had tons of space and was clean. We loved loved the rooftop bar with specialty cocktails and a free tasting. Our local friends were able to meet up with us there before we went to the club to dance. They have a magic show and dining downstairs we didn't get a chance to check out but I'm sure it's just as fabulous. We found free parking easily just remember LEAVE NOTHING IN YOUR CAR 😂 like seriously be smart and have good insurance 😂 we had no issues but you gotta remember your in BMORE 😂🥰

  Customer service at the Lord Baltimore hotel was nice checking in. Checking out, not so much. Could have been friendlier since it was 10am. The room was small and needed updating. The bed frame was chipped, the bathtub constantly dripped and although checked in two persons, they gave us one washcloth. We only stayed one night so wasn’t worth complaining about. The price was cheaper than surrounding hotels so.

  Check in was a bit difficult, ( not for everyone) just a mishap with us. (1st) We were given keys that did not work the elevator , had to get back in check-in line, then received Keys that did work for 1720 (double) there were already people booked and in that room(2nd) had to go back down and get back in check-in line to receive another double room 1609, keys worked and finally we were checked in!!! After that Confusion… (front desk staff were very nice) it was smooth sailing…. Dinner at LB tavern was delicious, enjoyed the Sky Bar. It’s a Beatiful City. The Harbor was wonderful to visit. I would definitely recommend and will always use this Hotel in the future!!!
