My only negative was that they didn’t wear shoe protectors over their sneakers. We don’t ever wear shoes in our house period, so to be cleaning the carpets while walking around with shoes seems a bit counterproductive.

I had soot from my pellet stove that got on my mauve carpet that was under a sofa and came up through the vent and built up over a few years. When I changed furniture and noticed the carpet I thought it would never come out. To my surprise Longo was able to clean the carpet with no trace of the soot anywhere! Outstanding job. Always professional and excellent workers.
