  Although I haven’t bought directly from this boutique, I have been helped and let me tell you that the customer service goes above and beyond! Aaron helped me find a specific bag and really went out of his way connecting me to the boutiques that carried the tote bag I was looking everywhere for! Aaron is absolutely incredible and I’m truly satisfied!

  Terrible experience with a staff member named Su Zhen at the Longchamp Desert Hills outlet. She was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout our visit. While we were simply trying to decide on bag colors, she seemed annoyed and impatient, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. What shocked me most was when she incorrectly assumed I was Indonesian — I’m not — and the way she said it felt racially insensitive and condescending. It felt like she was talking about us behind our backs as well with the other associate. She didn’t even bother asking for my email for the purchase, even though I’ve shopped here before and had a much better experience back in January with a very kind male associate. I’ve never felt this disrespected in a luxury store. If Su Zhen is working, I honestly don’t see myself returning to this location. Longchamp needs to seriously address staff professionalism and customer respect.

  Tarik is AMAZING AND FRIENDLY ! He had so muchhhh patient with us. He made my day, thank you so much. I will be back if I visit here again.
