VERY RUDE customer service, introduced himself as Miles. Talking nonsense, not helping at all, hung up on me when I asked who am I speaking to (so I called again, and that’s why I know his name, if he didn’t lie). The way he behaved over the phone doesn’t want me to purchase anything from Longchamp. Although products are great! Sadly, very unpleasant experience.
