  I saw a Longchamp handbag at a certain department store that was exactly what I was looking for. I live in Dallas and my FAVORITE store is Bloomingdale’s. Unfortunately we no longer have a Bloomingdale’s here so I looked at Bloomingdale’s.com and the exact bag was not online. I called the Bloomingdale’s store in NY direct to see if the store had it in stock and I was connected to the most amazing person, Marina.She had it in stock, spent several minutes with me to explain how to complete the transaction. It arrived like the best birthday present to me. Marina, thank you, my new handbag is perfect and you made it happen.

  Kwenah at Longchamp was very helpful, professional, kind and knowledgeable. The store was closing and I needed to buy a Tory Burch bag, and even though she doesn't work with Tory Burch, she was resourceful and kind enough to get me the bags that I needed and process everything very quickly before everything shut down. It was amazing to see someone step up like that, take ownership and think outside the box, and go put of their way to help a customer. She made me feel valued and helped me even in a difficult situation. This makes me want to return and shop at Bloomimgdales and definitely gives Longchamp a very good name!

  The lady that was supossed to help or just pretend tk help me with the bag was on her phone and when I asked her for something she indeed did it with a nice voice but the face and body language… i do not know her nam but she was black and kinda bigger :) I really wanted to buy the bag but her attitude destroyed my experience. We felt like some kind of social margin people in there.

  I had wanted a specific bag for a while and called them to see if they had it. Grace was able set a hold on my bag and I picked it up around an hour later. They packaged it nicely and they were so sweet. Thank you Longchamp!
