  The bag I wanted was sold out in my area. Located it in Austin -Domain store. Called to make the purchase via phone and Zoe made it a quick and easy process. I wanted the bag by my anniversary which was in a few days, but they weren’t sure it would be here in time. To my surprise it arrived the day before my anniversary. I’m so happy and I love the bag. Thanks Zoe and manager!!!

  I just bought a Longchamp backpack here yesterday: I had the best experience! 1. Longchamp backpacks are insanely good quality and somehow super spacious as well? They have a luxurious appearance and feel at a low cost. 2. Alyssa was incredibly kind and a talented salesperson. She was nice, funny, and helpful! I can tell Longchamp takes the time to hire amazing people.

  I am so overly impressed with my experience with Longchamp in Austin. I have been looking for a bag for my daughter and Zoe made sure I was able to get it! Zoe helped in so many ways and cannot thank her enough. Will shop here again soon! Just had the very best experience. Thank you Zoe!
