    Don’t go here. Both of the staff were extremely unprofessional—the white lady with short hair rolled her eyes, ignored me, and was very rude even though I was polite and said thank you. The man was just as unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, a terrible experience. They changed my impression of the brand in a very negative way.

    I want to get 0 star but the lowest to post this is 1 star. Do not go. I met the same white lady with short hair, and get eye-roll and very rude attitude. I said thank you and was polite, do not really know why she kept ignoring me and not providing any help.

    Never again will I set foot into this store. I bought my child her first Longchamp as her high school graduation gift. We purchased a medium tote and we were told by the sales person at that time that we can exchange for a diff size within 30 days. Less than 2 weeks later, we decide to exchange it for a large tote. The bag has not been used except to fit and store some items in it to try. We walk in and say we want to exchange the tote, the sales associate, Jill, starts to clean an already clean bag and shows us 2 tiny dots on the bag and one small "irregularity", which for all I know was already on the bag when we purchased. She talks to us with so much attitude as if we have committed some crime..my child and I both call her out on her rudeness and she denies she is being rude and for some reason takes a picture of my receipt for her "records". She forcefully puts down her cleaning cloth and says I can't resell this item with a terrible tone. What horrid service. If you can't exchange an item, be polite to your paying customer and explain in a nice way. I will gladly take my business to Nordstrom to purchase Longchamp, this store does not deserve it.

    The old lady with short white hair could pass as the worst employee ever. My family and I were seriously considering getting some bags that we had planned for so long to purchase and naturally we had questions. The condescending tone of this lady made us not even stay at the store a second longer. She answered with ‘OBVIOUSLY the price ranges depending on the size’ to our question on price etc - with a very mean and condescending tone. Like that’s wasn’t needed and she could’ve been helpful but she chose to be rancid. Maybe she has a horrible life I don’t know but definitely a horrible shopping experience. Will not be coming back.
