  Loved my experience - the team was so sweet and helpful! While I was there, an awful woman screamed at the manager and the manager handled it with grace and poise. Please need to be kinder!

  Too poor customer services lack of respect! Lier and made misrepresentations Do not ask seller but read policy before you decide to buy stuff there Do not trust the seller there and be careful ! They are going to look down on you ! Do not go there please go Longchamp somewhere else What to do if you suspect a seller lied: Gather evidence: Collect documentation that supports your claim, such as communication with the seller, inspection reports, or photographic evidence.
