  Could not be more grateful for this place. The first backsplash project I did went array after I let the grout sit too long before wiping it off (i know rookie mistake). We tried everything to get that crap off the tiles. I googled, youtubed, venmo'd, chatgpt'd, everything! Then on my way home from Lowe's with a bucket full of empty hope I just happened to call Long's. They told me to come in and just gave me a tub of grout remover - no questions asked. Took some elbow grease, but we were able to get all of it off. Came out perfect. I was ready to knock down the wall and start over because at that point - it just felt easier. Our kitchen thanks you!

  Loved the fact that they had the tiles we were looking for and the turn around time getting them was on point!!
