I don't think Ive ever been more disappointed by a fast food location. On 10/17, I placed my order on the inside kiosk. After placing this order, my family and I took a seat. We ordered two adult meals and a kids meal. The place wasn't very busy. It was slow enough for a manager to sit down and do an interview a couple tables from us. We sat and waited for our food. We were waiting for a bit and I tried looking for the time I placed the order on my app. My app said 1:11, the receipt said 1:19, and on a section above that, it said 1:29. Giving the location the benefit of the latest time, I got my food almost 45 minutes later. I sat down with my food approaching 2:15. They forgot the two Root Beer Floats so I went back and asked for them while showing my receipt. The manager doing the interview earlier had apologized for forgetting the floats and said she would go and get them. I waited at the counter for about 2-4 minutes when the same manager came up to me and asked me if I was waiting on an order. I reminded her of the floats and she goes and gets them immediately after. I sat down to start eating and notice the portion sizes. I got a burger with fries and the float. The burger was on par with a typical fast food burger. The float was exactly what I was wanting it to be, but the fries? I got 6 small, half burnt, cold fries. I took a break from LJS after a bad experience almost a decade ago. I'm unsure as to why I expected anything different.

THE worst customer experience I've ever had. Every time I go there is some new crap. You have to go in for app orders, bad attitudes, super slow service... the list goes on. I with there was another one within 10 miles.

Very disappointed with my visit. The food came out cold, the fries and fish had no heat, and the rice in my salmon bowl was hard. On top of that, my drink was basically a large cup of water because the lemonade machine wasn’t working, and no one mentioned it until I had to go back inside for another drink. Definitely expected better.
