  Food was ok but drive through service was slow. Staff was friendly but after paying for order I was left sitting in the parking lot for 20 min waiting for my take out food. Its probably the longest I have ever waited for fast food. Will likely give them one more try because they just recently opened and I have always liked LJS. Will update rating on next visit.

  Terrible business. Terrible staff. No one knows anything. Management doesn’t solve anything and take sides. Just dumb business all around. It’ll be closed soon.

  This is the worst Long Johns I have ever been to!! The food was hard and tough, when you ask for tarter sauce then give you a little tiny cup of it!! I wont be back here!!!!

  Employees were singing and joking and complaining about their jobs while a lobby of about 12 people were impatiently getting fed up for waiting 25-30 minutes for a bland, not even good piece of fish..not a single person was happy with their service and I think the whole night crew that worked Sunday Oct 12 should lose their jobs... Very unprofessional..

  After spending $40 and waiting 20 minutes, you would expect both hot food AND accuracy. Well somehow I only got cold food and instead getting cole slaw, I got hush puppies. I *should* do a chargeback. But, I think I’ll just go ahead and accept the fact there is no such thing as quality and good service anymore with any fast food restaurant. It’s not like it’s a dump in Sandusky… this is literally mid/upper class HURON! This is the best they can do?!
