We only dealt with one staff member at the counter (I'm awful with names but she had some red/maroon in her hair) and she was super nice, told us they're a little behind, and communicated what was going on. The food was also amazing, no complaints there as we even took leftovers back to our hotel for the evening. BUT, THIS PLACE WAS FILTHY. When I say filthy, I mean it, there was trash all around the place, broken things with signs all over, huge tears in the booths, broken ceiling tiles, dead flys in the window seal RIGHT next to the booths. It was rough.
