I arrived at 5:04 and said I was picking up and the manager picked up my receipt and said “Ohh…” My order had not even been LOOKED AT !!!! So here I am, late for work and dropping my babies off at the sitter because they’re all just in there sitting around! The whole point of ordering online is to have the food ready to be picked up! I am so furious I didn’t even say anything . I just went to my car to wait. NO APOLOGY, no NOTHING!!!! This is the worse location in the city. I have no idea how long I’ll be waiting but I ordered $63 worth of food so I can’t just leave without it! I would absolutely like a gift card or SOMETHING for this HUGE inconvenience!!!! I am livid.
