- RSRobert Scott5 days ago5.0This Long Johns is one of the few left I would recommend.. it is far better than Middlesboro, KY, Morristown, TN, Knoxville, TN, Rogersville, TN, Dandridge, TN, Sevierville, TN and etc .. most Long John’s fish taste like an old pot of stinking oil .. but here it’s ok .. so as of right now it’s the only one I recommend that’s in Johnson City, TN
- ATAmy T6 days ago1.0My recent experience at Long John Silver's was extremely disappointing. We went through the drive thru , they asked us to wait for our food and to pull behind the building. We ended up waiting for over 20 minutes for our order, and it was clear that the staff had completely forgotten about us. After finally getting someone's attention, the manager ended up having to give us our money back because our food was nowhere to be found. While the employees were quick to issue a refund, there was no apology or real effort to correct their mistake, which made the situation even more frustrating. This level of inattentive service is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care for customers. I do not plan on returning anytime soon.
