5 star service. I had a problem with the app not taking my payment, and then when it finally did it deleted a promo code and I got charged the full amount for an order. The employees inside refunded me the amount when they didn't have to, and they were KIND. Plus, the food is always great and the new building is CLEAN.
Nothing but good things to say about this location!

Definitely not as good as it used to be by far. The fish was naturally fillet, the fries were regular fries. Not even close now to the previous quality many years ago. I guess the economy hits the best of them.

This restaurant was always one of my family's favorites growing up. It sucked when it shutdown, then they rebuilt it and I had very high hopes of the places and a lot of nostalgic memories. Unfortunately this place should have remained closed. The employees you have kill your restaurant, maybe invest in some training? Also no one likes to spend money on twice fried chicken or fish. Health inspectors should shut this place down. What a shame of an establishment you are running. Waited over an hour for 2 pieces of chicken and fries basket.

When you first opened the food was so good. What happened? My shrimp is hard and so is my fish. I only got 4 waffle fries. Very disappointed because we eat here quite often and so do our friends. I guess no more take out next time. I can't believe I wasted my money on this!

Been here THREE TIMES... each time something from my order was forgotten, even if you have a receipt and they forgot your 3 shrimp and coleslaw and the drive is 15 minutes to bring it back, they will not give you fresh food, just whatever they forgot to give you..... also there is a VERY rude and moody manager a black guy with twist in his hair... crudest thing in customer service I have EVER met....my food was severely overcooked the fries were dry and curled up on the edges, and all he said he could do was replace the missing items... He also followed me to the parking lot saying things, quite sure it's ALL on camera....the district manager Brian sucks and is just as pitiful as the crew ..they won't hesitate to offer you his number to file a complaint because he also, like them doesn't care, he too started yelling at me and then had the nerve to text me after I hung up on him...I will NEVER patronize ljs AGAIN ✔️
