One female employee was extremely loud, yelling at people and for order pickup. Another female employee was rude to customers, not professional at all even with other staff she was rude. For the amount I paid for 3 dinners the quality and quantity was very poor.

Total almost $84. Pickup time 6:10pm. First my food was already cold when I arrived at 6:10. We had one bag and ask for tartar sauce. Was told it was in the bag... Left and headed back to Frankfort and my bf checked the bag as we were leaving. Realized that they didn't put our extra chicken and fish in the bag. Took it back and showed the lady my receipt and she literally acted like we took it out of the bag. Said she packed it herself. She finally gave us the chicken and fish only to get home and realize that the coleslaw was also not in our bag and we had 5 tartar sauces for all that food. 👎

Made the meal I’d been looking forward to all day a disappointment. Lesson learned - pick up I. Person. Last few deliveries I’ve had have been missing items.
