I cannot believe what I saw when I went into this store. The whole place just looks dirty and it was so smoky in there because I am pretty sure that the vent hood has never been cleaned. I stopped here on my way home from Ohio and had to use the bathroom. I have never seen such a disgusting bathroom in a restaurant in my whole life until now. I had just spent 8 hours on the road and never seen a bathroom that looked as bad as this one. This location needs to be shut down immediately.

Went here today to get some food, and while I got my two meals, they didn't give me the 3 chicken planks I ordered on the side. I tried calling 5 times, and each time it rang 6 times and then hung up after telling me how important my call is.
Also, the cashier at the window was talking on the phone about how she wanted to go home.

Food is good, service can be great to so so depending on the manager. I ordered pick up twice, but dined in last week. The eating area, restroom, and kitchen are were disgusting. Does the Health Department inspect anymore? Also the men's bathroom door didn't shut completely and the toilet was clogged and you guessed it - nasty. In addition, a patron was blaring her Telenovela, where all could here. I'm there with my Nicaraguan fiancé, but we have the respect and manners not to have our phones that loud no matter the language.

Extremely slow service. 25 minutes for a meal is insane. Then they don't even have tartar sauce? First time I've ordered from them in years and it'll be the last.

Came through the drive-through this evening to order dinner for my family and was told they only take phone in orders or Uber orders tried to call to place an order but it says they’re busy servicing other customers. Please try your call again later what kind of customer service do you call this
