LJS has been a favorite for eons. What's not to like.... fried fish and those yummy hush puppies!! I think they changed the tartar sauce, and it's even better now.
We went late last night. They were closing but still took our order. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes for our food, (Which we didn't complain about because they had a lot of stuff cleaned up already.) and the girl was soooo apologetic and very sweet!
Sorry I didn't get her name, but that's the proper way to handle a situation!!
I'm so tired of crappy attitudes of people in so-called customer service at many other places, but this girl at LJS offered an apology and a smile.... she did everything right!!

What's the point of ordering through the app and and having the option to select drive thru for pickup. Just to be told to go in when I get here. How inconvenient.

Ordered the two fish six shrimp platters drove all the way across town. When I got home and openedthem up. My platter. Had four shrimp and The other platter only had three shrimp I had to wait for them to be cooked so I was shorted five shrimp. They took my name, but I am not going back to get them because they’re fish was so dried out from being under the heat lamp with those hard waffle fries that were also under the heat lamp. I don’t want anything from this place.
