The scene out front was absolutely unprofessional—two employees were sitting in a car, clearly smoking something, while what looked like managers stood around talking inside instead of running the store. Nobody seemed to care that customers were waiting or that this looked terrible for business. I’ve never seen a restaurant so poorly managed. Completely unacceptable behavior, and I won’t be coming back.

Alexis the store manager always assists me with my order making sure everything is hot and fresh. In this day I got the basket with waffle fries and coleslaw. And when I tell you everything was on point I mean it. I treat myself to Long John’s once a week and it is always the bomb.
