  We live about an hour away from ljs. So we drove down to eat inside the restaurant. Normally we hit a fast food drive thru and go home. We sat down at a tall table close to the door and began to eat. Well, that ended pretty quick when the counter employee came over and began emptying the over full trash. Me and my husband got so sick. I don't understand why he was having to do this while we were sitting there eating. I asked the manager why he was doing that, he said i told him to. I feel that we wasted our money on account of that. No appology no nothing. Our food went to waste right in that garbage. They need a better manager. YOU JUST DONT DO THAT WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE EATING!

  It's been a long time since I've eaten at a Long John Silver's - especially a *good* Long John Silver's. Though I've always loved them, most of the ones near me had become unconcerned with the quality of food and their customer service. Last weekend, my husband and I found ourselves in the Ft. Oglethorpe area and when I saw a billboard announcing the opening of Long John Silver's, I knew that I wanted to indulge. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and quite quick with the service. (Our food was delivered to us at the counter before we'd even stepped away!) The chicken planks have always been my favorite and they did not disappoint! My husband enjoyed his fish as well! If we're ever in the area again, we will absolutely stop in to eat!

  The employees were exceptionally nice, made me feel comfortable that's rare at a drive-thru, I would suggest this Long John Silver's to anybody, the only problem is I wish they had one here local where I didn't have to drive 40 Mi to eat there, sick of Captain D's we miss our Long John Silver's here in Calhoun and Cartersville Georgia

  Husband and I don't go to restaurants to eat cause of the service, food, etc but this evening we decided to go eat at Long John Silvers Fort Oglethorpe GA. Dallas and Corey were AWESOME. To see the employees work together and be happy is remarkable cause you don't see it much. GREAT WORK GUYS, WE WILL RETURN!!!

  Food was good. Can eliminate the vinegar in coleslaw otherwise it was good. Tartar sauce needs more relish in it. Mine was all mayonnaise. Store was very clean.
