Management cares and handles issues well. I had a problem with the app and got first hand, almost immediate response and satisfaction from the Store and Area Managers. Don't be in too much of a hurry, because it isn't exactly "fast" food, but it IS cooked to order and always delicious with a great value.

The people working there could have been more entertained by working instead of being on their phones and that pretty much sums it up. My mom said she wanted chicken planks so we went there and to say the least they need to step it up a bit.
