    Well I thought I would stop at the new Long John silver's today on my way home and the joke was on me. First off there's kids in there working and it is by no means their fault because the two adults in there should have been working harder. The red-headed lady that was in the back had her phone attached to her head half of the time while there was four or five people in the drive-thru and at least 10 of us waiting on food inside. Additionally my fish was cooked apparently in the same grease as shrimp as I'm pretty sure that you're not supposed to do that because I an allergic reaction as soon as I got done eating my food because I am allergic to shrimp. Additionally the food was horrible The fish was flat and fried so bad I could not even eat it My hush puppies were dripping and grease and the waffle fries were about the only thing that was of any solace. Whoever owns this needs to be there or have a better management system or teach these people how you cook the food deliver the food put food in orders like they literally were just standing there looking at a screen like they had no idea how to put orders in a box. Additionally the lady on the phone also burnt something in the microwave because they weren't paying attention and there was smoke everywhere. Needless to say I shall not be stopping back at Long John silver's in Fern Creek again. Because I don't want another dose of my EpiPen.

    Placed my order in drive thru and spent the next 30 minutes waiting, exceedingly slow in getting the food out to the customers. Then gave me the wrong drink ( root beer ) really? After all this 2 hrs later gastrointestinal issues. 👎👎

    Been going to this LJS for years. Every meal has always been as good as LJS gets. Delicious, well prepared, quickly served. They even give me a military discount. Recently the interior was renovated and looks like a Brand New place. Clean and like new. Very glad to have found this place.

    Drive thru order. Young man was friendly and got my order right but not even one napkin (and this wasn’t the first time I received no napkins). Fish, chicken & fries was really hot but the fries were kinda hard. The hushpuppies- so hard all the way through. Thank goodness I didn’t bite into either of them because I’m sure I would’ve broke a tooth or teeth. Called the restaurant and asked for the manager. She sounded as though she was 15. She responded with I’m really sorry and I’ll go check them out now. Probably should’ve checked them 6 hours ago. She didn’t offer anything next time I visit and honestly not sure I’ll visit again. Do better LJS.

    We thought if we ordered online it would be quicker.... it was not. In fact it took even longer. I'm not sure what would be a better way to order and get your food in a timely manner. I didn't go in a rush, I just didn't plan to wait for 15 extra minutes after I was told to pick up my food. Disappointed. Online ordering was easier than going into the restaurant because I used a coupon from the app and it didn't give an option to redeem inside the restaurant.
