My washer and dryer were old and kept breaking, and after finally getting replacements, I’ve now waited over three weeks for someone to fix the voltage and install them properly. Every time I call, I’m told they have “other priorities” or that a technician will come—but no one ever does. I’ve had to spend extra time and money doing laundry elsewhere. Very disappointing service and zero accountability.

Alerted us to get out of the house. The Henrico Fire Department came and did their job. Maintenance had to be called and not more than 10-15 minutes after the Fire Department left Mr. Delonte was knocking on our door to utilize his diagnostic skills. He quickly pinpointed the problem and communicated that everything would be okay for the night. Mr. Delonte was back early this morning just as he stated, to complete the task at hand. He made it a point to effective communicate about everything until his job was completed. We appreciated his ability to be emphatic last night, and today as he was right back to being the Detailed Oriented, Time Management, Professional that I am thankful, works for London Towne Apartments.
