  Allen is a SUPBERB Host and his B&B was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Especially loved the BATHROOM AND THE FLOORS ,PLUS THE ROOM SMELLED SO GOOD UPON ARRIVAL!! AND THE BEDS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTING!!! Overall Excellent Experience

  Great lodging right on the bike trail. Rooms were comfortable. Living area was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Laundry facilities was a plus.

  Exactly what I needed for a restful overnight stay in order to make an early-morning meeting in London, OH. This B&B is immaculate, fully-stocked, and so, so homey. What a treat!

  We had 2 rooms and everything was splendid. We were there for a family wedding and the location was perfect. Definitely would give this a 5 star rating.

  When riding the OTET with several riders in our 60s, we needed a place to stay west of Columbus and the London Guest House was an amazing find for us. The trail literally goes right past the property with a nice porch for resting up. It was a great set up for sharing a kitchen and living space while having private rooms. Charged ebikes in the garage. The restaurant across the street is excellent diner food. I highly recommend!
