We've owned our home for 40 yrs now. In that time We've had 2 previous HVAC systems. This year Logan installed a new Energy Efficient System. We couldn''t be happier!! For the first time EVER, the upstairs, downstairs, and rooms are all the same temperature. They installation crew were excellent. Arrived on time, communicated effectively and answered any and all questions. They worked quickly, and efficiently all while maintaining a clean work environment. Upon completion the crew leader reviewed all applicable information, made sure we understood how to operate our new system as well as the phone app for remote control. Today was no different. We had our first system "tune-up" and the service techs Brandon and Zack were just a professional as the installation crew! They explained what was going to happen, shared the results of their findings, and wanted to know if we had questions they could answer. We couldn't ask for more from a business or from the staff that supports them. Well done gentleman.

The knowledge your techs convey is exceptional. Surely, that's a result of the training program you provide. I was again impressed by the detail of the inspection performed by Alex (and Ty, the trainee who accompanied him). Solid members of the fantastic team of techs that Logan has put together. And, BTW, they both expressed high admiration for Logan and how well you treat them. Yes, I might have been able to find a company that charged a little less (as I have in the past) but the service would not compare very well to Logan.

Had Logan AC&Heat Services over to quote a furnace installation. The sales representative (Jeff) was up front and honest. He explained the options I had with my heating system. Very professional and to the point, which I prefer. Scheduled installation for two days later. The installation team of Kyle, Jarrett, and Ayden were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The area was kept clean while they were working. They did an amazing job with the installation and treated my home as their own. I appreciate the professional approach and work. Before the installation team left, they ran the system to make sure everything was operational. They answered any questions that I had. I could not have asked for a better team to complete my installation. I would highly recommend Logan AC&Heat services!

I had the most outrageous experience with this company. I wish there was an option to provide zero stars. I called and scheduled an appointment to fix my air conditioning unit. It was not blowing cold air. The service tech arrived on time and was very friendly. However, it quickly turned into a negative experience. The service tech explained he was unable to gather the model number from the air conditioning unit because the sun had faded the label. I confirmed, it was difficult to see the model number on the label. The tech explained that he thinks it could be the air conditioner fan but was not 100% sure, and could not promise that would fix the issue. He further explained that it would be difficult to find a part. I asked if you could find the part how much would it cost. He provided an estimate for $1,800. I then inquired, how much would it cost for an entire new unit. (I didn’t think it would be wise to buy the fan and it might not fix the issue. I would have rather used that money towards a new unit.) I was then estimated 18,000 for a new air conditioning unit. The tech then proceeded to go into the basement to do some measurements. He then proceeded to tell me the thermostat was set wrong and fixed wires. (It was at this moment I should have asked what was wrong, given that it was working perfectly fine) I told the tech I was going to get another estimate and to provide me with the information before he left. Once the tech left, after 30-40 min, I noticed he left the air conditioning unit running while it wasn’t working. I went to turn the unit off and the thermostat was not working. I called the company and asked to speak to the tech. However, the customer service rep proceeded to tell me that the tech did not fix the thermostat and I would need to call the company who installed the heating system. I kindly explained, the thermostat was working perfectly prior to the technician being at my residence. The reason for the visit was because of the air conditioning unit not blowing cold air, not the thermostat. I asked the customer service rep to have to the tech to come back out. I was told no. I asked, could you please call the tech and explain the situation. I even asked to speak to the manager. The manager explained, that they were not sending techs out unless a unit was purchased. I was taken back of the lack of understanding and customer service. I then proceeded to explain that I wanted to file a complaint and speak to the manger on duty not the customer service manager. I was told I would need to report it and the manager would call me at the earliest convenience. Moments later, I get a call from the tech. The tech explained he did change the wires in the thermostat and did not report it in his notes. The tech came out to the house to rewire the thermostat which was working fine previously. After the tech left, I then proceeded to call to uncle who is an electrician and works on hvac systems. He explained if the tech worked on hvac previously he would know there are model numbers on the equipment pieces itself within the air conditioning unit, not just the external label. My uncle came over two days later and was able to locate the model number easily. We purchased a new air conditioner fan motor and condenser for a total of $230. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!! I felt as if they took advantage because I am a single female. Still to this day the manager never called. I hope you take this feedback and teach your employees on how to handle situations, have proper documentation, and understand people want respectable customer service. I was honestly thinking of purchasing a new unit until the comment was made that you will not send the tech out because I didn’t purchase the unit. One of the main reasons why I chose your company was because of the year’s experience and high ratings. I truly do not know how you remained in business this long if you treat all your customers this way.
