I thought progressive was bad. Communication is ridiculous. Ive called, emailed, texted. I either get no response or attitude from the billing department from their mistake. My husband works for the railroad and they blame a sudden almost $60 increase in our bill on a text he didnt answer after I SPECIFICALLY stated many times to each person I spoke with that he can't have his phone even on while on the train therefore all communication were to be through me. His job is an on call brutal job and he is extremely hard to reach. Ive gotten nothing but the run around and frankly im frustrated. I've communicated and they dont care. I voiced my concerns that we didnt want a company like progressive that likes to continuously hike your bill up and less than 2 months in thats what state farm has done. I was guaranteed by them that they wouldn't do this. Especially with two brand new cars with lots of safety features, low miles and we even did the drive safe and save crap. Just to be spoke to like im a child and given attitude each time I try to get the situation fixed. I do NOT recommend.
